4. Order Processing and Production
   1. Turnaround time varies by product and complexity. Estimated timeframes are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
   2. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
   3. Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if production has already started.
5. Pricing and Payment
   1. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
   2. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment services (e.g., Stripe, LightSpeed).
